Effects: How it transforms lives
The effects a product/service has on our lives is another set of cues we use to inform our purchasing decisions.
To identify your effects, simply describe how each of your features transforms or improves lives.
Examples:
- Keep your windows clean —> Improve visibility
- Control your finances more efficiently —> Save money
- Maintain your website optimised —> Increase rankings
- Protect your house from intruders —> Stay safe
- Prolong the shelf-life of your food —> Reduce waste
- Remain healthy —> Live Longer
- Repair your stone chips —> Prevent replacements
Exercise:
Write down at least one effect (but more if you can) for each of the features you identified in the previous exercise.
